Le marché est structuré en trois phases : • Phase 1 : réalisation d’un Proof of Concept ; • Phase 2 : déploiement opérationnel de la solution, conditionné à la validation préalable et expresse du POC par le pouvoir adjudicateur. • Phase 3 : phase routine, passage sous licence
