El Hospital Base San José Osorno, en adelante también el “Hospital”, requiere generar un convenio que permita contratar el servicio de 55 intervenciones quirúrgicas de vitrectomía con o sin facoeresis para el manejo de diversas patologías oftalmológicas que afecten el cuerpo vítreo, retina y estructuras relacionadas, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, retinopatía diabética y desprendimiento de retina para sus pacientes beneficiarios, de acuerdo a las condiciones establecidas en las presentes bases administrativas, económicas, técnicas y sus anexos.
