Ausrüstung, Leistungsstufe 1 (LPH 2-4), optional Leistungsstufen 2-4 (LPH 5-9); Spezif. Leistungspflichten und weitere besond. Lst. gem. beigefügte Vergabeunterlagen; Bauvorhaben wird als BIM-Projekt realisiert; BIM-Rollen: BIM-Autor und BIM Fachkoordinator GBK: 6.181.000 brutto (KG 300 ca. 2.325.000 , KG 400 ca. 2.359.000 , KG 500 ca. 1.413.000 ); Planungsanforderungen: durchschn. bis hoch (HZ II/III), Realisierung in EFRE-Förderperiode 2021 - 2027 angestrebt, Baufertigstellung bis 11/2029 erforderlich!
