The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is accepting proposals for the installation of new rooftop air conditioning units, the replacement of existing units, associated ductwork, controls, electrical, and plumbing modifications necessary for upgrading the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems located at the Evins State Juvenile Correctional Facility. Pre-Proposal Conference: The Pre-Proposal conference will beheld via Microsoft Teams Mandatory Site Visits: There will be two (2) mandatory site visits. Prospective Respondents who intend to provide a BID for this opportunity shall attend one of the two site visits in accordance with the schedule of events above.
