El presente proceso licitatorio tiene por objeto contratar el servicio integral de mantención, adquisición e instalación del sistema de aire acondicionado para el Sector VIP de los pisos 3 y 4 del Estadio Municipal Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso, con el propósito de modernizar la infraestructura existente ante la falta de repuestos y las fallas operativas de los equipos actuales. Esta iniciativa busca garantizar estándares óptimos de confort térmico, eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad ambiental, asegurando un funcionamiento continuo y confiable del sistema durante el desarrollo de eventos deportivos y actividades masivas en el recinto. Se deja expresa constancia que los oferentes deberán ofertar la totalidad de productosservicios requeridos. El incumplimiento de esta disposición facultará al municipio para declarar inadmisibles a dichas ofertas.
