Tender summary
The contracting authority intends to award a design-build (turnkey) contract for the establishment of the Øygarden substasjon. The project includes both design and construction of a complete class 3 substation, including buildings, technical installations, and associated infrastructure. The contract also covers the installation of cable systems and routing, including a new line connection between Blomøy and the new substasjon, as well as demolition of selected parts of the existing grid. The design-build contractor will be responsible for the entire delivery, from detailed design and procurement to execution and completion, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. All relevant disciplines are included (civil works, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and automation), including coordination and integration between them. The 145 kV GIS switchgear is not included in this procrument. However the contractor shall ensure all necessary provisions for installation, interfaces, and integration with this system. The station will include functions such as a control room, technical rooms (fiber, battery, and distribution), backup power, GIS room, cable basement, and locker room facilities.
