The Programme seeks to accelerate progress towards SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and related SDGs through the mobilization of public and private investment in renewable energy solutions. Since its inception in March 2022, the Programme has supported the development of innovative financing mechanisms, strengthened the renewable energy ecosystem, enhanced stakeholder coordination, improved policy and regulatory frameworks, and facilitated investment in renewable energy projects across Zimbabwe. As the Programme approaches its final implementation phase, there is a need to systematically document achievements, lessons learned, good practices, innovations, challenges, and transformative impacts to support knowledge sharing, replication, policy influence, and future programming. The Programme therefore seeks to engage a qualified national consultant to develop a suite of high-quality knowledge products that capture and communicate the Programme's results, experiences, and contribution to sustainable development outcomes in Zimbabwe.
