Dear Bidders, The World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the WHO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). To enable you to submit a bid, please read the provided documentation carefully. If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB: Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Form A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026 Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026 Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Monday, July 6, 2026 All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP).
