Tender summary

The City of Atlanta (the ¿City¿), Department of Procurement (¿DOP¿) on behalf of the Atlanta Police Department¿s Code Enforcement Section (¿The Department¿) is seeking qualified Contracts to handle all planning, administrative, permitting, salvaging, execution and removal requirements necessary to safely clean and close (secure) specified structure(s) in accordance with the City's boarding specifications with proper disposal. The Contractor must provide own equipment. The Contractor further agrees to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, machinery, and tools. The work to be completed must be performed on an as needed basis at various City locations. Proper disposal of all removed items (interior and exterior) is mandated. All projects must be carried out in an efficient and workmanlike manner.
