Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung einer webbasierten Cloud-Lösung für elektroni-sche Signaturen, insbesondere qualifizierte elektronische Signatur (QES) gemäß eIDAS Verord-nung (EU) Nr. 910/2014 sowie Unterstützung von fortgeschrittenen (AES) und einfachen elektronischen Signaturen (SES). Die Lösung muss die rechtsverbindliche Signierung, Verwaltung und Va-lidierung interner und externer Dokumente ermöglichen und in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur von GSI und FAIR integrierbar sein.
