The County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to design and deliver an in-person Results-Based Accountability (RBA) training for County staff and community members. The purpose of this training is to build shared understanding of fundamental principles, language, and capacity to apply RBA through an equity-centered public health lens. The County seeks a training approach that support participants in: Understanding the principles and application of Results-Based Accountability (RBA) Using disaggregated data to identify inequities and opportunities for improvement Applying equity-centered strategies to improve population and program outcomes Recognizing and addressing structural and institutional barriers that contribute to health inequities Building shared accountability across County staff and community partners Centering community voice, lived experience, and partnership in public health decision-making The County is particularly interested in approaches that are interactive, practice-oriented, and accessible to participants with varying levels of familiarity with results-based planning, performance measurements and equity-related concepts. The County seeks training covering the Results-Based Accountability framework and related application in public health and equity contexts. Proposers are not required to hold certification from, be licensed by, or be affiliated with any specific commercial provider or trademark holder, provided they can demonstrate successful experience teaching the relevant concepts and facilitating their application in practice.
