Tender summary
The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (“ACAN”) is to signal the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (“CDIC”) intention to award a contract for application maintenance and development services to CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. (“CGI”). Before awarding a contract, however, CDIC would like to provide other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they can satisfy the Minimum Essential Requirements set out in this ACAN, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the fifteen (15) calendar day posting period. If a potential supplier submits a statement of capabilities during the fifteen (15) calendar day posting period that CDIC determines demonstrates their ability to satisfy the Minimum Essential Requirements set out in this ACAN, CDIC may cancel this ACAN. If no compliant statement of capabilities is received by the closing date, CDIC intends to award a contract to the pre-selected supplier named above. The proposed contract is for an initial term of three (3) years from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, with five (5) option periods of one year, to be exercised at CDIC’s sole and absolute discretion. The ACAN will contain more on the statement of requirements, and CDIC’s needs in greater detail.
