Tender summary

The City of Clermont is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Design-Build teams to evaluate and deliver a multi-level public parking garage at one of two City-identified downtown locations: (1) 705 7th Street, Clermont, Florida, and (2) the larger rear/south City Hall parking lot at adjacent to 685 W. Montrose Street, near W. Desoto Street, Clermont, Florida. The City intends to select a team capable of providing a comprehensive, turnkey project that includes site-specific concept refinement, final design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. This RFP is limited to the municipal parking garage solution for the two proposed City sites identified in this solicitation. Respondents must address both locations in their proposals. The City may select either location for final design and construction based on best value, feasibility, available funding, Council direction, and negotiations.
