The ILO DWT/CO-New Delhi project titled “Promoting and building social protection in South Asia (SPSA)”, is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced individual consultant to undertake and facilitate a Mid-Term Evaluation activity, to independently assess the performance and progress of the SPSA project from March 2025 to September 2026 in India and Sri Lanka.
