A bid package may be requested by emailing the Bulloch County Procurement Office, at Procurementeng@bullochcounty.net, going to the Bulloch County website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or by going to the Georgia Procurement Registry website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. All contractors seeking to provide construction delivery services to Bulloch County for this project shall submit evidence of current active approval as a GDOT Prequalified Contractor in Work Class 500 Concrete Structures as it appears in GDOT¿s Directory of Prequalified Contractors webpage as of the bid submission deadline July 17, 2026, 2:00 PM EDT. Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Procurement Office. The original bid along with one (1) copy and supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope addressed to Peyton Fuller, Procurement Director, Cypress Lake Road Bridge Construction Project.
