COTA seeks to procure professional security guard services for designated public transit facilities for a three-year contract term. Services will include scheduled guard staffing, visible interior and exterior patrols, access control, visitor management, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident response, daily activity reporting, and coordination with COTA personnel and emergency responders.
