The new contract starts on 1 July 2025 and expires on 30 June 2025, with additional 2 further rights of renewal of 1 year (i.e., 1+1+1 year). We are looking for suppliers who can provide education, assessment and therapeutic strategies for kiritaki to successfully return to work, return to school or return to their life role after a concussion injury or mild/moderate traumatic brain injury. The Concussion Service requires a core interdisciplinary team of Registered Health professionals in each region applied for and must include: • Medical Practitioner • Neuropsychologist • Clinical psychologist and/or Psychologist • Occupational Therapist • Physiotherapist. The interdisciplinary team may also include: • Registered Nurses • Speech Language Therapists • Social Workers All members of the interdisciplinary team must meet the qualifications, experience and supervision criteria set out in the CSS Service Schedule. HOW TO APPLY - NEW RESPONDENTS All new Respondents are required to answer ALL questions in the Application Response Form. Additionally, they must complete the Concussion Service Provider Spreadsheet available in Section 6 of the Application Response Form. HOW TO APPLY - ADDITIONAL SERVICE COVERAGE Existing suppliers wishing to expand their service coverage are required to complete the sections marked for 'existing' or 'all' respondents in the Application Response Form. Please refer to 2.5 Submitting an Application in the RFA (Response for Application) for further instructions. INDICATIVE TIMELINE The Applications will be evaluated after 10 August 2025. Respondents will be notified of the outcome of their application 8-10 weeks after receipt.
