349a-2020-21-CU: Radar Modernisation Program - Confidentiality Undertaking

Summary

The Bureau of Meteorology (the Bureau) is seeking to procure the Radar Solution, which comprises several categories of radars to replace, upgrade or enhance its current fleet and the provision of other associated services.The Bureau's requirements consist of the following Workstreams:Workstream 1A: Supply, Installation and Sparing of Fixed Radar (Group 1) - provision of the highest range, highest quality radar data outputs, particularly in high precipitation areas;Workstream 2A - Supply, Installation and Sparing of Fixed Radar (Group 2) – provision of a cost-effective solution within the specified range and quality without detrimental performance degradation;Workstream 1B - Fixed Radar Maintenance and Support (Group 1) - provision maintenance and support services in association with the supply, installation and sparing for Fixed Radar Group 1;Workstream 2B - Fixed Radar Maintenance and Support (Group 2) - provision of maintenance and support services in association with the supply, installation and provision of spares for Fixed Radar Group 2; andWorkstream 3 - Supply, Installation and Sparing of Redeployable Radars – provision of a fully contained, relocatable and quick to deploy radar.As stated in the Conditions of Tender, in order to obtain access to the full Statement of Requirements, potential Tenderers are required to complete and sign a Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided as part of this RFT and to send it to the Bureau at tenders@bom.gov.au with full details of the Tenderer's nominated representative and email address.On receipt of the properly completed and signed Confidentiality Undertaking, the Bureau will make the full Statement of Requirement available to the Tenderer.
