The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line Bids for furnishing & installing exterior parking lot illumination light poles & fixtures of the type & size specified to provide support for the reconstruction of a new parking lot performed by Town of Glastonbury personnel located at 50 Nye Road in Glastonbury. Bidders wishing to submit a bid should do so through a secure e-Procurement portal: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the bid title “GL-2026-32- 50 Nye Road Parking Lot Improvements- Light Poles & Fixtures Installation”. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Successful bidder will be required to provide performance & labor & material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. This project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CT General Statutes Section 31-53.
