Must be prepared to provide a list of company owned tree removal and hauling equipment and vehicles as well as provide local reference work. Quote Form must be completed and submitted with Quote information. Must be prepared to provide a W-9 and Escambia Contractor insurance requirements on a COLI . Must provide photos of completed work .
