NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT File Number: W3915-260016/A Tier: 1 (< $3.75M) This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the services a contract for Small Arms Trainer (SAT) and Indirect Fire Trainer Operators at sites across Canada.
