Tender summary
UKRI-MRC, are seeking a supplier to carry out an external evaluation to provide an independent and expert assessment of the RoI/SRoI of investment Fellowships. The evaluation findings will be used by MRC to demonstrate to the public the value Fellowships bring to our economy and society; inform the strategic programme offer and future investments in Fellowships; and support MRC and wider UKRI efforts to effectively and effectively track the benefits and value of investment in Fellowships over time. How to Access Opportunity This opportunity is being sourced via the Crown Commercial Service - RM6126 - Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Suppliers registered on this DPS can access the opportunity on the UKRI Atamis e-sourcing portal until 27th July 2026. To express interest, you must be registered on UKRI's dedicated Atamis portal. If not already registered, please do so via the following link: https://ukri2.my.site.com/login Once registered, please send an email to MRCProcurement@ukri.org with your interest and Atamis registered email to be invited and you will granted access to the tender documents. Access to the opportunity will be granted during working hours, after which you'll be able to view the full details. After registration, all communications including clarifications and submissions must be conducted within the Atamis portal. UKRI will not respond to queries sent outside the portal or beyond the specified deadlines in the Invitation to Tender Pack.
