Las presentes bases reglamentan la propuesta pública denominada SERVICIO DE ACOPIO, RECOLECCIÓN, TRANSPORTE Y VALORIZACIÓN DE RESIDUOS RECICLABLES INORGÁNICOS 2026, cuyo objetivo es asegurar una gestión ambientalmente adecuada, eficiente y sostenible de los residuos reciclables inorgánicos, contribuyendo a la reducción de los residuos destinados a disposición final, al cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental vigente y al fortalecimiento de prácticas de economía circular mediante su valorización y la minimización de impactos ambientales.
