Submission Requirements Please ensure your submission includes the following completed and signed documents: Bid Form – signed and stamped. Annex B: Terms of Reference (TOR) – signed and accepted. Annex C: Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Price Offer – filled with unit prices, total, and signed. Mandatory Supporting Documents (as per TOR Evaluation Criteria): 1) Legal Status of the Bidder confirmed – Registration Certificate submitted and acceptable. Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce submitted and acceptable. (Note: In case the bidder could not obtain the updated one due to the current situation, the initial certificate will be accepted.) 2) List of Key Personnel submitted, acceptable, and includes an Engineer with at least 7 years' professional experience in construction projects. 3) Evidence that the company has all needed resources inside Gaza – submitted and acceptable. Key requirements to note: Bids must be in ILS (New Israeli Shekel) . UNICEF will reject bids submitted in other currencies. The intended project duration is 1 calendar month from the start date.
