Tender summary

Consultancy services to conduct a comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment and develop a rehabilitation and operational plan for abandoned or underperforming agricultural exploitations in the Fezzan region of Libya, focusing on: • irrigation water productivity • sustainable land use • infrastructure rehabilitation • socio-economic and governance analysis • capacity development and knowledge transfer The consultancy will provide technical, operational and managerial recommendations and support for the rehabilitation and sustainable exploitation of selected agricultural farms. Field assessments will be conducted in the following Fezzan locations: • Murzuq • Sabha • Ubari • Brak Al‑Shati • Ghat The terms of reference in Appendix A The deadline for submission is 13 July 2026 no later than 12.00 hrs (Tunis Time ) The duration of the mission is sixty-one (61) weeks (approximately fifteen (15) months)
