Introduction Country: Vietnam Description of the Assignment: 01 National Consultant for Viet Nam National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) Impact, Engagement and Communications. Period of assignment/services: July 2026 to Mar 2027 (195 days) Objective: The Impact, Engagement and Communications Consultant will support the Viet Nam NPAP Secretariat to: · Support impact assessment and tracking of plastic action through projects and innovations, mapping stakeholders and policy contributions under the Viet Nam NPAP platform; · Develop and implement strategic communications and improve visibility for the Viet Nam NPAP; · Facilitate stakeholder engagement, event coordination and knowledge sharing among NPAP members and partners; · Support regional coordination and communications exchange across NPAPs in Asia under the GPAP network. The assignment is expected to contribute to increased visibility, stronger stakeholder engagement, enhanced evidence-based storytelling, and improved monitoring of collective impact generated through the Viet Nam NPAP platform.
