El servicio se encuentra enfocado al programa de resolutividad en Atención Primaria año 2026 del Servicio de Salud Metropolitana Norte, que dispone fondos para la realización de los fines propios del convenio celebrado, lo que conlleva la realización de canastas otorrinolaringológicas integrales en función de otorgar una atención de salud equitativa y de calidad para los usuarios, con mayores oportunidades de una atención medica de especialidad cercana e integral en la comuna. Se requieren 350 canastas orientadas al diagnóstico y tratamiento de las siguientes patologías principalmente: Hipoacusias NO GES (unilateral o hasta los 64 años),Síndrome Vertiginoso,Epistaxis,Cerumen impactado,Sinusitis,Otitis (todas)
