Notice of Interest: Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is seeking interested contractors capable of performing the work described below and interested in receiving the forthcoming solicitation. The formal solicitation will be issued at a later date and will also be posted on SAM.gov at that time. Interested contractors are invited to submit a statement of interest along with a capabilities statement to BSA's Contract Specialist, Joseph Famiglietti, at jfamiglie@bnl.gov. Please include your Sam.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Project Description: BNL is seeking an engineering firm to develop a comprehensive 15-Year Utility Master Plan (UMP) that will establish strategic objectives, performance targets, and a prioritized investment roadmap to support the Laboratory’s current and future utility infrastructure needs. The UMP will assess the capacity, condition, reliability, resiliency, redundancy, and regulatory compliance of BNL’s existing utility systems and evaluate their ability to meet projected campus growth and operational demands.
