The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify and pre-select qualified firms with demonstrated experience and capacity to provide strategic communications advisory services for complex international organizations. This EOI aims to establish a shortlist of qualified suppliers that may be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) tender. This EOI is limited to assessing eligibility, experience, and capability only and does not seek technical proposals, methodologies, workplans, or financial offers.
