Expressions of Interest are invited exclusively from outdoor advertising companies in Pakistan that directly own or control billboard, digital screen, transit, and other Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising space and inventory. The purpose of this EOI is to identify companies capable of supporting nationwide public communication and social and behaviour change campaigns through the deployment, installation, maintenance, and removal of outdoor and OOH advertising materials. Interested vendors should have ownership or exclusive control of outdoor advertising space and inventory across Pakistan and be able to provide direct, transparent, and commission-free placement services.
