The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the Animal Shelter Renovation in strict accordance with the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) plans, specifications, drawings, and reports prepared for this Project. The objective of this Project is to restore the facility to a safe, functional, serviceable, and code-compliant condition while ensuring the completed work meets all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
