Tender summary

NZTA is seeking to engage a Contract Management Consultant team to provide highly competent personnel to complete Contract Administrator (CA) and Monitoring, Surveillance and Quality Assurance (SQA) services under NZS3910:2023 for the SH1 Cambridge to Piarere expressway (C2P) online construction contract in the Waikato. Please refer to the supporting attachment for project background, key outcomes and what we require. The EOI involves submitting a single A4 page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising company/consortium and contact details. Final tendering of the contract will be by invitation to bona fide consultants registered through this EOI process. EOI closes 18 June 2026. We anticipate the subsequent Request for Tender will be released on Monday 22 June and close Wednesday 22 July 2026. EOI submissions are to be uploaded to the GETS eTender box in a single file (pdf format). The GETS file upload limit is 50 MB.
