Scope of Requirement s The scope is defined in Appendix A - SOW and includes: Mechanical maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM), corrective and reactive works, and 24/7 emergency response Cooling Tower maintenance including Legionella risk management, audits, reporting, and regulatory lodgement Building Management Control System (BMCS) preventive maintenance, monitoring, minor programming, backups, and cybersecurity checks SLA and KPI adherence, regulatory compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
