Tender summary
The assignment has a duration of 80 days, and will start 20th of July 2026, with the delivery of assignments due by no later than 6th November 2026. In this assignment, the consultant will support SCI and the ILO field projects to: • Set-up short quantitative surveys to measure change in business performance and/or working conditions • Clean and analyse survey data • Write up case studies on analysed results • Conduct quantitative analysis for sector selection or market systems analyses • Set-up systems to strengthen project results reporting The consultancy will involve working with SCI to support a range of field projects. This will include working with an ILO project in Ukraine and could include working with projects located in Mali, Uganda, Rwanda, or Kenya among others. While this assignment is envisaged to be remote, travel may be required and consultants applying to the assignment should be willing to travel, should the destination be safe and secure enough for field work. In the event that travel is required, the cost will be covered by the ILO in an addendum to this contract.
