PROJECT OVERVIEW: TheSchertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUC ISD) isaccepting qualification-based proposals, via a two-step method, to provide DesignBuild services in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, andconditions contained in this Solicitation. Resulting contracts are in support of providing turnkey servicesfor the assessment, design, demolition, replacement, and installation of SiteLight Poles at Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas. This solicitation will be conducted pursuant to theprovisions of the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, PRE-PROPOSALMEETING / SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit willbe held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 16, 2026 , at the Byron P. Steele IIHigh School Campus Football Stadium, located at 1300 FM 1103, Cibolo, Texas78108. Enter through the StadiumEntrance.
