Project Description: The design, construction and equipment phases of the project is funded by the bond Measures GO and V. This Project involves a full A/E services for the renovated facility, including design phase, bid, construction, and closeout phases of the facility. The Project consists of the following of one building with the following main elements: 29,469 Gross Square Foot (GSF) Educational space, classrooms, laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms and other spaces defined in the Feasibility Study. Site work, infrastructure and demolition, including coordination with the adjacent facilities is anticipated. Implementation of the objectives of the campus-wide projects identified in the Mt. SAC 2035 plan, integration of sustainability and implementation of the vision, goals, and strategies of the Mt. SAC Climate Action Plan as applicable to this specific Project, and incorporation of wayfinding for the new building.
