Tender summary
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Carryout inception meetings, production of data collection tools, questionnaires development for stakeholder consultation and engagement, and preliminary results of secondary research; • Carryout interviews with key informants, focus groups, analysis of the National Employment Policy and its implementation strategy, Research and analysis of secondary documents, prepare a list of consulted actors, produce a draft of the National Employment Policy Evaluation Report, Validation workshop; and • A finalized and validated version of the National Employment Policy and Evaluation Report. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
