Proposals must be received no later than July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, LocalTime, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter via Teamsvideoconference. Instructions are included in the solicitation documents. Award is scheduled for the September 1,2026, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time. Questions to this solicitationmust be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing andContracting Division only at mkruzelock@sanmarcostx.gov .
