The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is issuing this RFP to solicit vendors for an innovative educational online special education programs tracking platform Respondent that combines the latest technology with expert knowledge and experience to put time-saving data management tools in the hands of educators which track compliance and services provided to students in special education, Section 504, RtI/MTSS (Response to Intervention / Multi-Tiered System of Supports), and Emerging Bilingual (EB). All components of the platform share data and are highly interconnected. The platform will include recurring licensing so that as one student is released, another student will be assigned to that license during the contract period.
