Las presentes Bases Especiales y documentación anexada tiene por objeto regular los procedimientos de: Licitación Pública, Apertura, Evaluación, Adjudicación, Ejecución, Recepción y Puestas en Marcha del contrato respectivo motivo de la presente Licitación. Convenio de movilización de furgón con capacidad desde 12 a 15 asientos para entrega de medicamentos para atención domiciliaria para los usuarios del Hospital de Lota a usuarios del Hospital de Lota y visitas domiciliarias, según Esp.Tecnicas.
