La presente Propuesta Pública tiene por finalidad el suscribir el “CONVENIO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN Y MANTENCIÓN DE INFRAESTRUCTURA” para el Hospital Regional de Ñuble y el Hospital Clínico Herminda Martín de Chillán, ubicado en Avenida Bernardo O’Higgins 1651 y Calle Francisco Ramírez Nº 10 respectivamente, ambos ubicados en la comuna de Chillán y dependiente del Servicio Salud de Ñuble. Se requiere contratar los servicios de un proveedor con conocimiento, en mantenimiento de infraestructura hospitalaria para mantener en condiciones de funcionamiento seguro, eficiente y confiable las instalaciones de los Hospitales, evitando interrupción de los servicios de atención de pacientes. Construcción y Mantención de Infraestructura, Gasfitería, Redes de Agua y Alcantarillado, Instalaciones Eléctricas en Baja Tensión, Pinturas, Techumbres y Cubiertas, Instalación de Corrientes Débiles
