REQUEST FOR OFFERS NO. 7920-MK Online Oil & Gas Analytics Database Subscription The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) seeks a qualified vendor to provide the agency with an online oil and gas well analytics database subscription. The subscription permits GLO to obtain current and historical data concerning oil and gas production and activities on Texas state-owned lands in order to fulfill the agency’s statutory responsibilities. The GLO requires up-to-date information on drilling permits, monthly volumes by well for oil and gas production, drilling rig locations, and newly completed wells. The system must provide spatial and tabular data for the GLO well inventory, allowing for the loading of well specific data into the well inventory. It will also be used to verify well depths for determining open depths available for leasing.
