Sealed bids for the "General Renovations for Old Post Village, Tolland, CT" project will be received at the Tolland Town Manager's Office, 21 Tolland Green, Level 5, Tolland, CT 06084, until 2:00 p.m. on June 25, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur shortly thereafter at the Old Post Village Community Room, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT 06084.The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and specifications dated June 4, 2026, prepared by Capital Studio Architects, LLC. Contract documents may be reviewed or purchased beginning June 4, 2026, through Advanced Reprographics. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 10, 2026, at Old Post Village. RFIs will be accepted through June 17, 2026, with the final addendum issued on June 19, 2026. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5%
