Tender summary
The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) toward the cost of the Skills for Employability, Inclusion and Productivity (SEIP) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and Rehabilitation of the Industrial Vocational Training Center (IVTC) TVET Centre in Mogadishu-Somalia. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MOLSA), Federal Government of Somalia, serves as the Executing Agency of the project. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
