***Solicitation Amendment 04 June 2026*** This solicitation is being amended to incorporate Attachment 1a- U.S. Coast Guard Sites_ 06.04.2026 UPDATED. This attachment provides the specifications for the required product numbers to include the Account Names , Activation Keys, and quantities associatd with each product number. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation (Number 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 52800PR260007579 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s requirement for brand name INVS Gold Service FLIR Latitude software license maintenance support for FY26. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. The attached document “Request for Quotation- INVS Gold Service Software License Support” contains the required product information, instruction to offerors and the evaluation criteria. This is a brand-name requirement. No substitutes will be accepted. The following documents are also attached to support the RFQ: Attachment 1- Requirements Document Attachment 2- Provisions and Clauses Attachment 3- Brand Name Justification Attachment 4- Electronic Submission of payments Attachment 2 includes all provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition. Responses to this solicitation are due on or before 05 June 2026 at 11:00AM ET. Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist.
