Tender summary

The City of Turlock (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting Proposals for qualified firms to provide comprehensive Building and Safety Division Services, including plan review, inspection, and Administrative/Building Official services. The selected Consultant(s) will provide professional services on an as-needed basis for projects located within the City of Turlock. It is the intent of the City to solicit an RFP for Building Division Services; Plan Review, Inspection and Administration as a master agreement and award all services to one or two contractors. The retainer agreement allows the City’s Building Division, to request services of the retained Consultant on an individual project basis as the need arises. The City intends to award a master professional services agreement for a term of three (3) years, with no option for renewal unless otherwise approved by the City Council. Proposers shall submit proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
