Dear Valued Bidder, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Myanmar Country Office wishes to invite tender for establishment of non-exclusive, time bound, long-term agreement for the procurement of “ Essential Learning Package (ELP) kit ” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to request you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this tender invitation and the terms and conditions contained herein.
