Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct the comprehensive needs assessment of the legal and institutional frameworks for the protection of whistleblowers and victims of forced labour in Turkmenistan. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Office of the Ombudsperson to analyse gaps in legislation, policies, frameworks and practices, and formulate recommendations to align them with relevant International Labour Standards.
