Introduction Country: United Republic of Tanzania Description of Assignment UNCDF, with support from the European Union and in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, is organizing a National Clean Cooking Conference in Arusha on 10–11 June 2026. To support the successful delivery of this event, UNCDF seeks to engage an experienced Event Management Firm to ensure a well-coordinated conference with seamless participant experience. The firm will also be responsible for strong visual branding aligned with UNCDF and EU guidelines, as well as effective media coverage to amplify clean cooking advocacy. Duration of Assignment The event is expected to be held on 10th and 11th June 2026. The exact details will be discussed and agreed with the selected vendor.
