Introduction Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of this assignment is to prepare a preliminary ToR for the development of a digital platform for programme based budgeting ( PBB ), monitor its development and implementation by a company specializing in the development of such information systems , and ensure institutional capacity building through training of government officials , contributing to the achievement of Output 3 of the PFM project . Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 28 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
